  • Installation/Support Intellution Fix32 Software onto computers, linked Omron C1000 PLC's to computers and created Data Acquisition programs to retrieve and store data in a Microsoft Access Database by means of ODBC.
  • Modification and support on existing Visual Basic programs written to test the drive integrity of a Superdisk Diskette drives which connect to USB, Parallel, Internal and external ports.
  • Used Borland C++ Builder to read in the data from an existing DOS Data Acquisition program.
  • In the process of migrating all the Data Acquisition systems in the plant from Intellution FIX32 to WonderWare.
  • Linked the workstation computers to Omron C1000 PLC's, Mitsubishi A3A PLC's and ModBus PLC's by means of a RS232.
  • Installed and maintained Microsoft InSQL Server on a Windows NT Server System.
  • Modification of C++ Code on Imac using CodeWarrior Software.
  • Creation/Support Excel VBA programs that create charts from data collected on the InSQL Server then transmit info to the local Webserver for viewing on the company's Intranet.
  • Creation/Support Excel VBA programs to automatically create daily production spreadsheets for supervisors/managers.
  • Wonderware Design Support for Tucson, AZ and Wahpeton, ND Imation plants.

  • Shift maintenance responsiblities including interfacing with Production Supervisors as well as with Production Workers to solve the problems at hand.
